Pours hazy pale orange, with thin white head. Aromas of apricot and dank orange. Brewed with 2-row & oats. Hopped with copious Simcoe pellets in the WP, and fermented with ale yeast. $20/4-pack

Brewed in collaboration with our BFF’s @finbackbrewery to celebrate NYC Beer Week 2019, what a week. We started out by mashing pilsner and oats together in our shiny mash tun. We collected a kettle full of strong sweet wort. Once it had boiled for 90 minutes we started adding Citra and Cashmere. We didn’t stop. We added Citra and Cashmere every chance we could for the next week. We would have just kept adding Citra and Cashmere but we had to get it cold and carbonate it so we could put it in cans and kegs. Smells like Tropicana orange pineapple juice - with the pulp! Pours hazzzzzzyyy. $20/4-pack

INDIA PALE ALE
ABV: 7% • IBU: 33 • SRM: 5 • OG: 16°P
Aromas of orange, grapefruit and pineapple. Citrus & tropical juice on the palate, soft mouthfeel with moderate bitterness. Brewed with English Optic malt and lots of malted oats and wheat. Fermented with American ale yeast and hopped with Mosaic, Centennial & Equinox. Pours hazy pale yellow. $18/4-pack
