Well, our time is at its end at 942 grand street in brooklyn. it’s been a blast but currently not workable to stay there. we’re moving production operations upstate for now. please stay tuned for new tasting room locations in nyc in 2024!
PM Spirits takes on Interboro Whiskey
Did you know we make spirits? It’s right there in the name, but that doesn’t mean it comes to mind. SInce we commenced production in 2016, we’ve been distilling whiskey, making gin and dreaming up lots of fun things we could make and share with you all!
As of May 2023, we’re excited to announce that the renowned artisanal distributor, PM Spirits, will be representing Interboro Whiskeys in the New York City market. Our whiskeys are all aged at least four years and finished in specialty barrels.
We’ll continue to self-distribute our other spirits for the short-term and are happy to connect any buyers to the appropriate representative with our new partner distributor for our whiskeys, Contact sales@interboro.nyc for more information.

If you’re wondering where to find our beers and spirits, you won’t have to look far … in NYC at least! Since opening in September 2016, we’ve been fortunate to find ourselves friends with some of the best folks out there, at the places serving the best food and drink, iconic old-school and trendsetting new-school alike.
Whether it’s Mahalo at Ya Boi at Roberta’s or Quality Ale at Smith & Wolensky’s, new and old come together to support NYC locally produced drinks! For the summer of 2023 , find us out in the wild at Little Island and as always at Pig Beach LIC and Kings Theatre.
There are times when you’ll even find us around the corner in Tokyo or Chicago, too. Ask around wherever you are and odds are, someone will be reaching out and asking for a shipment - we’ll be happy to try to make it happen via a distributor near you!
